We formed our group to address financial racial disparities, crime and high school dropout rates plaguing our youth and community.  We also want to prepare black youth for the working class world while they are in high school.  The mindset of our black youth is set to becoming an employee rather the boss or owner.  We want to reprogram the youth into being leaders.  We also want to give the youth a platform to freely express their feelings regarding recent racial attacks by the community and police officers.
