We have a vision of young people from rural New Hampshire at the forefront of movements for justice. We are in a generational moment where young people are building power to shape the future. We are building a vehicle for rural youth to take their place in the struggle for social and environmental justice and reshape rural New Hampshire in the values of community, equity, and justice.Model: We organize high school-aged youth across several rural New Hampshire districts by:

• Building a base of queer, trans, working class, poor and BIPOC rural youth at the center
• Creating spaces for deep listening, relationships, and peer support
• Developing leadership through outdoor and political education, with a focus on self-efficacy, root cause analysis, and interconnected struggles against race, class, and gender oppression
• Establishing youth-led campaigns on issues that directly impact the base, especially education, environmental, and racial justice 
• Elevating youth voice to local and state-wide issues and policies that impact them 
• Employing organizers with lived experience
