To fund costs associated with the maintenance and care of seedlings grown in a newly constructed greenhouse to be used for the community gardening program.

To create another community garden in the Richards Street area of Worcester to add to the existing urban gardens built and fostered by REC in partnership with other community groups like Diamas House and G.R.O.W (Garden Resources of Worcester).

To expand Worcester's community garden project to include passage of a City Council Community Garden Policy; produce a how to booklet for =city gardeners, and open at least 2 additional gardens.
