Our purpose is to...Our purpose is to...provide neighbor-to-neighbor volunteer assistance for Readfield residents during the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic.We are actively recruiting local volunteers to help with our initiative, and beyond our core team, over 25 local volunteers have signed up to help. We are also doing active outreach to town residents to try to reach those with any unmet needs during this COVID-19 pandemic, and we are particularly offering and organizing errand assistance for those at risk of exposure or self-quarantined (errands such as groceries, food bank orders, pharmacy, and other needs) as well as daily/weekly phone call check-ins, particularly to ascertain if needs may change as time progresses. Our initiative is volunteer-driven with town support.
