There are three main purposes of the Poultney Community Garden at PHS. 1. To enhance student understanding of the natural world by engaging in hands on/minds on work in the garden. 2. To supply the Poultney Food Shelf and the Poultney High School Cafeteria with fresh nutritional food. 3. To bring the community, Green Mountain College, and the High School together, working towards a common goal.
