The goal of Partners for Planning is to secure the purchase of an 8.6 acre of land in the center of Bolton for the pruposes of creating a town green. The green would provide access trails to abutting conservation land, provide passive and active recreational use and provide ten to twelve affordable housing units facing the green. The previous use of this land was a gasoline and service station, dating back to the 1920s. It has been abandoned since 2005.
