At Parent Management, Inc., our group's big picture goal is to create a united and empowered community of low-income youth and parents in Greater Boston. We envision a future where every individual, regardless of their socioeconomic background, has the opportunity to identify and express their valuable talents.We encompasses several key aspirations to foster a sense of unity and belonging among low-income youth and parents. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and connected to a larger community. Through shared experiences, collaboration, and mentorship, we aim to build strong bonds and a network of support that extends beyond our programs.  We believe that every individual possesses unique gifts and strengths that, when harnessed and developed, can lead to personal growth, self-confidence, and increased opportunities. We provide a range of programs and services that offer training, mentorship, and resources tailored to the specific talents and interests of individuals. Our big picture includes creating pathways for success and upward mobility. We recognize the barriers that low-income individuals often face and are dedicated to breaking down those barriers through our programs and services. We aim to equip youth and parents with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to overcome challenges, access higher education, secure stable employment, and ultimately achieve their goals.
