To hold the State of the River Conference to bring a wide range of river users and managers together to launch the next steps in implementing the Damariscotta River Estuary Management Plan.

To fund a portion of PADRE's (Planning Alliance of the Damariscotta River Outreach '97 campaign to involve local citizens in the implementation of the Damariscotta River Estuary management plan.
