Norway Community Build of WindowDressers is making a local impact in the community by decreasing home energy costs and the use of fossil fuels. The community build does this by making window inserts accessible to all socioeconomic ranges. This project also promotes community engagement and a safe learning environment for people to gain new skills in carpentry and energy saving techniques.
