The mission of New London Trees is to restore New London’s tree population through community planting and care, education, and advocacy.We partner with the Public Works Department, residents, organizations, and businesses to implement a program that will sustainably manage our urban forests. We advocate for tree-lined streets and for healthy tree canopies on our school grounds and in our parks and other public spaces. We promote an understanding of the many environmental, economic, social, and cultural benefits of trees. We encourage property owners and residents to support our urban forests.
