The New Dawn Earth Center received a small grant in 2008 to implement 15 environmental education programs to inform and help participants reduce their carbon footprints. Participants pledge to do follow up action steps and results will be tracked. The New Dawn Earth Center attracts a diverse array of participants to their events workshops and summer camps including children from low income communities.
