NEEP (New England Emergency Preparedness) was established in February 2013 by its group organizer Michael Mandella. NEEP is a community group that aspires to unite and share knowledge and experiences relating to year round indoor hydroponic and aquaponic growing as well as basic animal husbandry skills.
