We created My Health First to impress upon young people the importance of placing their health as a primary consideration in their lives, not just for now but for the long term. We live longer, we have better medical treatments and medicines, and we have a level of technology that can cure many conditions and diseases. However, if we do not care for our health when we are young, we may find ourselves wishing that we did much later in life. We are building resilience among this young generation but they are really quite overloaded with multiple jobs, families, and issues and they are really tired. Our goal is to support them to find balance in their lives.
