We are applying to clean up the water surface of the Muddy River, currently covered in trash, by deploying a Stormwater Debris Boom system that will enable volunteers to easily and safely collect and dispose of this floating trash and foster a sense of stewardship among volunteers and community as they see the River's quality improve dramatically due to their efforts.
