Our purpose is to facilitate the sustainable development of safe and reciprocal relationships within our community.  The MSRC exists to provide formalized referee training, certification, assessment, mentorship and educational curricula for soccer officials working in youth, adult amateur and professional matches played in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under the jurisdiction of US Soccer or its member organizations.
