The design and implementation of the garden will be driven by the educational, nutritional and community needs of the school. Ultimately, the garden will serve as a means to knowledge for students across the academic curricula, providing authentic interdisciplinary opportunities for learning and celebration of the school community, It will also teach children health, nutrition and sustainable practices as lifelong habits of learning.
