With this project, we hope to write several children's books regarding sustainable issues, in order to educate the new generation, promote awareness, and advocate for change. One book will be about overfishing in the world, and the other will be about the global water crisis (pollution, shortages, etc.). We have contacts in Germany, Morocco, China, and New Zealand, who we plan to reach out to in order to give our books a multicultural perspective Our ultimate goal is to self-publish, to print the books with sustainable materials and to distribute them to Newton Public elementary schools, as well as local libraries. We also plan to host readings of our books at the local elementary schools.
