to improve and support a children's park on the shore of Martin's Pond, and to raise awareness, appreciation and stewardship for the protection of this important natural resource. By showing youth and adults how to enjoy the natural environment we hope to gain stewards and advocates for its protection. Our past activities have focused on improving playgrounds on Martin's pond, holding outreach programs such as a yearly fishing derby, running a bat house building program, putting on fundraising such a yearly haunted playground, working on stormwater pollution remediation grants in the watershed, and taking action against invasive species. This is just a sample of our work over the past 10+ years.
