Our purpose is to improve the professional hiring, training, supervising, and retention processes in Maine health and human resources companies with respect to BIPOC refugees and asylum-seekers. Our goal is hiring 2,000 qualified and credentialed immigrants through our specialized pipelines for training, interviewing, resume writing, company visits, and even providing training for required certifications. We provide ESL classes for Direct Care Service Provider Agency owners, senior managers, and DSPs.
