LumenARRT!'s purpose is to use video-projections to educate and entertain, while giving voice to local groups promoting environmental, social and economic justice.  The Artists' Rapid Response Team, or ARRT!, a project of the Union of Maine Visual Artists, has created over 200 issue-oriented banners to promote the work of progressive non-profits throughout Maine.  LumenARRT! was then formed to create large-scale video projections that could further call attention to these groups' messages.
