The Outreach Center seeks to identify, develop and implement effective, sustainable programs that are responsive both to the strengths and the needs of our community. The Center strives to enhance our quality of life - enriching the place we live, learn, work and play – wherever possible through services supportive and available to all children, youth, adults and seniors.
