The purpose of the Lovejoy Pond Improvement Association (LPIA) is to maintain the integrity of Lovejoy Pond by helping to protect against threats to water quality such as algae blooms, invasive plant or fish species and erosion which have the potential to affect not only our enjoyment of the lake but also the well being of the fish and wildlife and the ecological health of this precious resource.
