KHSGGP will be a collaboration between the KHS Interact Club, KHS students (regular and special education), the KHS Alternative Education Program, and Mr. Paul Drowns, an experienced gardener and horticulturist. The 1 acre+ high-yield garden will feature vegetable crops and perennials, and will serve as a venue for the development of curricula to directly connect classes to the gardens, and the school to the surrounding community through food bank donations and collaboration with various community organizations.
