Our purpose is to support the creation of a farmworker's co-op to help the Bangor region's organic farmers bring 100% of their production to the marketplace (both for sale and for community distribution) by providing short-term, often short-notice, trained and evaluated workers who are paid partly in money and partly in food which they can choose to consume, give to local food pantries, or barter for local goods and services.
