to build a model from which to teach and educate the public sustainable living through garden skills training. There is a need through our community for a program that will provide basic garden skills and maybe even advance to more in depth garden skills as our learning garden grows. This is a new project with no formal funds and still in the planning stages of development. Currently we have been trying to kick it off by seeking Master Gardener aid and seeking garden experts that will donate services to teach workshops. Our core group will be the ones who decide after a year if this program worked and if we will need to relocate in order to grow our program to suit the needs of the community.
