Next Leadership Development Corporation (NLDC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a network of Black people who are stepping into their social, cultural, financial, and political power to make change in their own communities before, during, and after emergencies.  Mission  To accelerate change and strengthen resilience in Boston’s Black communities through leadership building, creating our own tables, and developing partnerships with allies. Vision Socially, culturally, financially, and politically resilient Black households and communities. Values
