The Holyoke Community Market will be a member and worker owned co-op, created to serve the local community and contribute to the local economy.  We aim to create a welcoming, multi-cultural grocery store that provides healthy and affordable food. Our goals include: providing healthy and affordable food, supporting local producers and growers, and providing meaningful work at a livable wage.  With a shared vision of creating a non-hierarchical work space utilizing respect, mutuality, and cooperation we will contribute to Holyoke’s self-reliance by encouraging food sovereignty and modeling ecologically sound business practices.  We aim to organically build a community wide vision of what the Holyoke Community Market can be.
