to construct, maintain and promote trails for recreation in the Town of Holland, MA. The Committee intends to complete the Holland portion of a larger trail system, the Titanic Rail Trail, a non-motorized system which, when completed, will comprise 60 to 80 mile connecting Palmer to Franklin.
