The HeatSmart Alliance works to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by accelerating adoption of energy-efficient heat pumps in homes and buildings through education, research, and community coaching.  Our volunteer coaches help residents in over 20 Massachusetts communities address challenges of replacing fossil fueled systems with efficient heat pumps in an affordable and comfortable way, which is an important piece of the solution to reduce CO2 emissions.  We seek to expand our coaching services to more communities and more coaches to fill a growing need.
