Our purpose is to provide a neutral, safe space for intergenerational discussions about issues and challenges facing us in our everyday lives. We formed the group because we have witnessed growing dissatisfaction among youth with their lives and by the same token, we are witnessing a growth in members of the older generation to take a more focused and conscious effort to help the youth find their way forward. Finally, we are engaging "young leaders" in their mid to late twenties to serve as mentors and the facilitators of the discussions among youth.
