Our purpose is to serve as a place where decision-makers in the public and private sectors can exchange resources and information regarding sustainability initiatives. We will work to establish specific goals in the areas of land, transportation, energy, water and solid waste. By the end of the summer we will draft the implementation plan that will allow Hartford to acheive specific goals that will advance it towards being a recognized green city in the United States.This grant will be used to develop and launch a website for the exchange of ideas and visibility of the initiative.
