HANDS strives to fill some gaps in getting food to low-income older Vermonters, without duplicating what's already being done. More specifically, we collaborate and provide meal delivery and giftbags to appoximately 800 seniors on Christmas Day, offer "HANDS in the Garden" programs at long-term nursing centers and senior housing, and support a  "HANDS in the Kitchen" nutrition education series.
