to be a community in southeastern Vermont that contributes to the local food system through collaborative gardening efforts resulting in the growing of civic pride, the local economy, and a sustainable environment. In the context of climate change and the growing food crisis, we want to help create a sustainable, resilient community-based food system so that we can increasingly feed ourselves through our own production. While supporting local and regional agriculture is also crucial to this purpose, we believe that we've also got to become a community of gardeners to achieve our aim.
