The mission of the Georges Pond Association, a 501(C)3 non-profit organization founded in 2016, is to protect and enhance the water quality of Georges Pond in Franklin, Maine; to preserve its ecological, economic, recreational, and aesthetic value; and to work with GPA members and other interested parties to monitor water quality and promote responsible water and land use practices.
