Follow My Steps aims to directly address systemic barriers by creating a pipeline of success for high school-aged youth with career/personal mentorship, financial literacy, career skills training, and resources to instill a growth mindset at a young age. Success within the program will take many forms and look different for each explorer who enters the program. We understand that everyone has a unique pathway whether that is college, trade school, or starting a business, and we want to ensure that our participants are prepared both mentally and with financial assistance. With that being said the goal of the program is to aid in the development of new leaders and promote young independent men and women to chase their dreams with the skills and mentorship our program provides to them.
