Summary of Projects

Five Rivers Conservation Trust received a grant in 2008 to further review their new 'Town Reps' program. Five Rivers is modeling their program after the Monadnock Conservancy. The idea is to increase outreach capacity and get more people involved in conservation efforts by using local leaders and guiding and supporting them as they engage their neighbors.

Five Rivers Conservation Trust received a grant in 2005 to support an outreach campaign for the region. Five Rivers is partnering with Trust for Public Land to conserve a vital 80-acre farm in Concord; 50% of the funds have been raised and the group is undertaking a fundraising campaign to raise the rest.
