The purpose of the Ellsworth Heatsavers group is to keep people safe and warm who live in drafty, old housing stock.  We are also intent on making our small contribution to reducing the burning of fossil fuels to heat such houses. The inserts are built by volunteers we train and with technical help from an organization called WindowDressers, based in Rockland, Maine.
