To fund an intern to do the community organizing necessary to increase the participation of landowners in the river-specific Downeast Watershed Councils (Pleasant, Narraguagus, Machias, East Machias and Denny's Rivers) work of completing and implementing action plans to protect habitat for the remaining native Atlantic sea-run salmon population.

To print and distribute Geographic Information System maps detailing salmon habitat to encourage local development of a salmon restoration program in the region.
