Colchester Land Trust received a grant in 2008 to purchase supplies and equipment to establish the infrastructure for the first community garden in Colchester.

Our Purpose
to aid in the conservation of open lands, shorefront properties and to provide a stewardship therof; to protect and enhance the natural resources of the town in order to promote the well-being of present and future generations; to aid in the preservation of all types of wild nature including wetlands, wildlife habitat and other significant natural areas.
