To support four projects: maintenance of website, newsletter expansion and targeting, supporting Earth Day 2000 activities, and traveling to stay abreast of the field.

To support the expansion of the website to include a virtual library and on-line conference service, provide e-mail services to key CSE activity, defray some costs associated with CSE's participation in the development of the ME Energy C-Op.

To help disseminate the Coalition's message of developing a sustainable energy use policy for Maine by establishing a web page on the Internet, connecting all key Coalition members to the interned and helping defray some of the out of pocket expenses related to their participation Maine's effort to restructure the electric utilities.
