Our Purpose

Climate Change Adaptation and Relief Efforts is a student organization at the University of Vermont that strives to assist local communities with climate adaptation and relief. Through participating in volunteer projects such as riparian buffer zone restoration, rain barrel installation, and Irene recovery, C.A.R.E. members spread awareness about climate change adaptation in Vermont while directly increasing community resiliency to climate change.
