Our purpose is to...create a cleaner greener Gloucester MA and to protect and preserve our beaches. We are working on projects that would recycle cigarette butts, create an improved carry in/carry out program for our beaches and clean up the debris on our beaches and streets.  The CCC is also putting forth a Bag Ban and Polystyrene ban before the City Counsel in Gloucester MA.
