To provide general organizing funds so CCC can continue its efforts to oppose construction of the sludge composting plant, work on sludge issues statewide - including providing leadership in the Vermont Clean Land Campaign - and providing information and education for households, small businesses, hospitals and others about the need to alter the waste disposal practices that produce toxic substances.
