To help the Chelsea Green Space Committee to conduct an education and outreach campaign about the hazards of environmental justice issues to Chelsea residents who have not always had a voice in policies that affect their lives.

Assistance for the Chelsea Green Space and Recreation Committee's campaign to increase public awareness of the need for and opportunities to create more parks and open spaces within the community, and once public understanding is nurtured, to ask citizen to pressure local officials to pay more attention to the open space needs of Chelsea.
