ChathamRecycles received a grant in 2009 to purchase promotional materials, including bumper/window stickers, a canopy tent and banner that can be used in various events, especially those annually organized by ChathamRecycles.

Chatham Recycles is a volunteer-driven educational program designed to encourage residents, visitors and businesses to reduce their trash output and increase their recycling efforts. By recycling, Chathamites can limit the amount of trash going into incinerators and landfills, help conserve natural resources and contribute to Chatham's reputation as a forward-thinking and environmentally conscious community
