Our purpose is to...Carroll County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) matches the personal interests and skills of seniors age 55 and older with opportunities to help solve significant problems in their communities and meet the needs of their fellow citizens. RSVP volunteers are a lifeline to over 40 nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and faith-based groups throughout Carroll County who depend on volunteers to help meet the increased demand for services. These much-needed services that RSVP volunteers provide are needs for which little or no funding is available and/or cannot be found in the current workforce in Carroll County. Volunteers choose how and where they want to serve—from a few hours to more than 40 hours a week. RSVP offers "one stop shopping" for all volunteers 55 and over who want to find challenging, rewarding, and significant service opportunities in their local communities.
