Our purpose is to assist Brattleboro and Brattleboro area residents, businesses, and Town government in reducing energy consumption and costs through conservation, increased energy efficiency, and conversion to renewable energy sources; and to educate the community about the causes and effects of global climate change and technology and approaches to combat that change. We work in collaboration with the Brattleboro Energy Committee and we are a direct successor of the Brattleboro Climate Protection Coalition, continuing the work they started over ten years ago.
