Our purpose is to... provide free volunteer support to people in Windham County Vermont through three focus areas:Support for people and their families who are within two years of end of life including companionship, errands, household cleaning or other tasks, respite care, life reviews and much more.Support those who are grieving the loss of a loved person or pet via one on one volunteer support, support groups, and a public community memorial garden in Brattleboro at Living Memorial Park.Support those who wish to plan thoughtfully for thier future healthcare needs via free advanced care planning
