BE YE READY INC was founded to inform and bring vital resources to marginalized communities. Our work focuses on addressing health disparities, closing wealth gaps, and increasing access to financial and educational knowledge.The inspiration for this organization came from a deeply personal experience. I watched my grandmother pass away with dementia. She owned a home, yet there was no clear plan in place to transfer it, which resulted in the family having to navigate probate court. That moment highlighted how many families face preventable challenges simply because they lack access to information and proactive planning. From that experience, BE YE READY INC was born.Our mission is to empower communities to prepare for the future by providing knowledge, resources, and guidance around issues that are often avoidable with the right information.In addition to this work, I am deeply committed to youth literacy. I work to inspire young children, especially those in inner-city communities, to fall in love with reading. By promoting early literacy and access to books, we aim to help improve literacy rates and open doors of opportunity for the next generation.
