BALE received a grant in 2011 to run a five part public program series drawing on the differing aspects of WHY local economies make sense. Running concurrently with this will be one (or two) small group discussion series run in conjunction with the Catamount Earth Institute called Choices for Sustainable Living that digs deeper into the topics outlined in the public series.
